Today we baked and I got flowers as it is our 17th wedding anniversary. I have harvested a second lot of silverbeet to put into my chicken curry for dinner and I have shampooed some carpets and done some writing. I love baking with which ever people are feeling like baking 🙂 I made my mother-in-laws shortbread recipe and we made some chocolate cupcakes with orange frosting and spooky icing. The curry is bubbling away and I’m about to add the silverbeet and coconut cream. Yum!
The sun is shining and I am grateful for this life we have built together. xo
